tapas for dinner in London

I've got to say that the food hear at Caesar Hotel, in London, is some of the best I've ever had at a hotel restaurant in the UK. Their take on the continental breakfast reaches new heights! Parma ham! Perfectly ripe pineapple crescents! Truly tasty!

For dinner, I've selected to settle into the bar which is empty at the moment. And I've ordered from their tapas menu, since I'd really prefer a light supper. It is all wonderfully tasty! My only complaint is that there are too few vegetables on the menu...and no olives! And the asparagus was a little overcooked (it should be bright green). But honestly, it's very yummy indeed.

And don't forget the staff...those I've interacted with have been very helpful and pleasant. I hope that the management appreciates the talent of the staff, as that's the key! After all my trips to London, this is the first time I've considered a repeat stay at a specific hotel.
