Would you buy your turkey from the back of a truck? A truck parked on a city street? Well, if you shop at Whole Foods on 24th street in San Francisco, that may well be where your turkey's been sitting.
When asked why this truck was running for hours on end, a Whole Foods employee explained that they were storing turkeys in the truck. When the annoyance (not to mention the health hazards to residents) of having a truck running for such a long time was mentioned, she replied that they'd turn it off at night.
Apparently it's a refrigerator truck.
